"The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses"



The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra perform music that is inspired by the video game "The Legend of Zelda" soundtrack in Newark.

Nintendo sound director Koji Kondo created the original music for "The Legend of Zelda." The popular 1986 video game adventure that left many hooked.

Jason Michael Paul is the executive producer of "The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses." He first merged video games with live orchestration in a 2004 performance centered around the soundtrack to the game "Final Fantasy." 

"We've been on tour ever since," Paul says. "Typically, we partner with a local orchestra."
